The property will be advertised across recognised property portals, shortlist potential applicant, conduct viewings, assess applicants suitability before agreeing a tenant with you.
Subject to you and the tenant being happy to proceed we will create a your property inventory and tenancy agreement, collect the first months rent, inform utilities and register your tenants bond, in compliance with current legislation. Handing everything over to you, for ongoing management.
